N. 5 SUCCO DI LIMONE
Q.B. ZUCCHERO A VELO


Preparazione:

PRERISCALDARE IL FORNO A 190° IMBURRATE UNA TEGLIA DEL DIAMETRO DI 20 CM. E SPOLVERATELA CON FARINA O PAN GRATTATO
LAVORARE IL BURRO CON LO ZUCCHERO E LA RICOTTA FINO AD OTTENERE UNA CREMA MORBIDA E SPUMOSA
