Ingredients: 10 PEOPLE

L. RICE 2 OF SOUP made with carrots celery onion 1 kg
Getaway porcini and drum sticks A RAW
GR. ONION
100 500 Tastatale
GR Gr. 100 PARMESAN CHEESE
Preparation: Clean the mushrooms
FROM THE EARTH, wash them but very QUICK
Brown onions in butter
Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 MIN CUT
toast the rice WITHOUT OIL BUT ONLY WITH NUT
Add broth celery carrots and onions
We add NO BEEF MUSHROOMS
Cook for 15 MIN. DOING SOBBOLIRE broth and stirring
COOKING WITH BOTH THE COVER
Finish:
When cooked add the cold butter 100 gr.
a handful parmesan cheese, all flame off.
